Ananda meditation groups are places of spiritual support for like-minded souls. All are welcome!

If you do not know how to meditate, we will teach you an authentic method that Paramhansa Yogananda himself recommended and taught: it is an easy-to-learn, transformative, and profound technique. In addition to a guided meditation, each meeting is unique with a different theme and will usually include: chanting, breath work, spiritual reading from inspiring books, healing prayers, satsang (spiritual discussion and fellowship)​.
